This is a very bluesy chord progression as , mostly called ”Blues Minor” (Blues en mineur) Easy to learn the rhythm guitar but solo Django’s solo is never easy to learn Anyway, I suppose we have time to learn this song and it always takes time to develop the skill.

Although various hemitonic pentatonic scales might be called minor, the term is most commonly applied to the relative minor pentatonic derived from the major pentatonic, using scale tones 1, 3, 4, 5, and 7 of the natural minor scale. It may also be considered a gapped blues scale. The C minor pentatonic is C, E-flat, F, G, B-flat.

Oct 07,  · The minor blues scale comes from the minor pentatonic scale, which comes from the full 7-note natural minor scale. Just like the major scale, the natural minor scale has 7 scale degrees. They are: 1 - 2 - b3 - 4 - 5 - b6 - b7. To put this in practical terms, let’s consider a G natural minor scale. Its notes are: G - A - Bb - C - D - Eb - F.

The chord progression of the minor Blues is similar to the one of the dominant Blueswe have already seen, but with one important difference: now we are in a minor key, so all these chords are minor. In the following we will do everything in the key of Am, but the same patterns and licks will apply in all keys.
